The core of our restaurant is 'careful cooking.' The meat is heated through without overcooking, allowing the flavors to be sealed in while resting, and the surface is crispy. Our signature duck roast has layers of sweetness from the fat and richness from the red meat, while the wagyu roast continues with a strong aftertaste in its melting texture.
